Q: I bought merch through your website but it hasn’t shown up yet. What gives?

A: We’re working hard to get all of the merch orders we get out the door, but please remember we aren’t Amazon. Our orders go out through USPS and have averaged between 7-14 business days to show up. Don’t forget: Saturday and Sunday aren’t considered business days by the USPS!
