Once a scrappy five-piece with dreams of ska-punk stardom, they’re now balder, fatter, and perpetually exhausted—but still clinging to their self-proclaimed title as the Ska Kings of Cleveland Heights. Their music isn’t about rebellion or changing the world; it’s more about high school pranks, being unapologetically annoying, and whining about girls who didn’t want to hook up with them. For fans of Less Than Jake, the Skanktronics, Delay, Kill Lincoln, and The Planet Smashers (or anyone who loves a good brass line paired with petty grievances), RSC delivers a nostalgic dose of horn-fueled chaos.
