The Vumms
Based in Cleveland, The Vumms consist of Emilio Marriott on guitar and vocals, Philippe Kogan on lead guitar and vocals, Josh Verbitsky on bass, and Tom Middleton on drums.

We are an alternative rock band from Cleveland, OH. Our EP can also be found on all streaming platforms. We enjoy doing covers/mashups with a psychedelic twist. Our sound is inspired by Led Zeppelin, Rush & Radiohead.

Singer-songwriter-multi-instrumentalist Jack McLaughlin is a homegrown product -- the son of a guitar player, who grew up in a musical family in Willoughby.

Jack McLaughlin
Singer-songwriter-multi-instrumentalist Jack McLaughlin is a homegrown product -- the son of a guitar player, who grew up in a musical family in Willoughby.
McLaughlin is currently in his second year in Cleveland State University’s music program, and on-campus is where he met a group of friends and musicians who enjoyed and volunteered to bring his music to local stages that he has dubbed The Optimists.

Geared to the specific sound and style of early mid 1960s Britain, Jack McLaughlin draws inspiration from artists like; “The Who” for instrument abandon; “The Small Faces” for soul and grit; and “The Beatles” for definitive composition. In a style Jack calls ‘Mod Power Pop,’ he is releasing fourteen new songs bursting with melodic punch.
