Torrian Ball
From being nearly killed in a car accident that left him paralyzed for almost a year; to collaborating with
Wiz Khalifa, garnering millions of views, and touring across the country independently; Torrian Ball shows
us that you can truly do anything you put your mind to, no matter what cards you’re dealt.
Torrian Ball is fearless in his pursuit to push the limits of creative expression. His honest lyricism
combined with intoxicating delivery creates songs that hit with razor sharp precision, empowering women,
discussing relationships, and various other subjects.
The Midwest MC entered the hip-hop game at the young age of 14 when he was discovered by Chicago
Hip Hop legend, Twista, who offered him a spot on his tour after witnessing him rap during a contest that
was being held between opening acts at one of his shows. But after a tragic car accident at age 16,
Torrian was paralyzed for almost a year, which left him battling depression and unsure of where his life
was headed. Once he recovered, he used this setback to fuel his hustle toward chasing his dreams in the
entertainment industry and making a full comeback.
His debut single “Wings” was released in 2014 and featured the international Taylor Gang General, Wiz
Khalifa. This opened up many doors and allowed him to garner international attention.
In 2015 he headlined his first Positive Vibes tour throughout the midwest. Torrian routed, booked, and ran
the entire tour by himself, selling out the hometown show entirely.
During this same time period, he suffered a tremendous amount of loss of loved ones close to him. With
the passing of his grandfather to diabetes, his little brother to a fatal car accident, and his mother to an
overdose, he has endured pain and loss that would cause most to shut down entirely. While battling
depression, he chose to make major changes in his life. He chose to begin to share his story with his fans
as a means to uplift and empower them.
In 2018 he went on to release his first project “Vibes Don’t Lie” - the lead single “Jungle” is now his most
streamed song to date. Since then, he’s collaborated with a slew of notable artists including Do or Die,
Saba, GLC, and Grammy nominated producers Da Internz. He has performed hundreds of shows across
the country, from hitting the stage at SXSW, to Vitamin Water/Fader Magazine’s Uncapped Live Series, to
opening for artists such as 2 Chainz, T-Pain, Chief Keef, Twista, Chance The Rapper, Lil Durk, Omarion,
Trina, Common, and many more.
Now, with 189K+ monthly listeners, multiple viral videos, and a diehard tribe of fans that proudly go by
“the vibe tribe”, Torrian has only just begun to hit the milestones he’s after.

Nicx

NicX (real name: Byron Nichols Jr.) is an emerging rapper caught between many worlds, trying to find a world to call his own. The wandering began at an early age for the Cleveland-born NicX, with a move to Atlanta in his adolescence to escape the influence of his older brother and to be with his father. Atlanta is where he found his gift for lyrical dexterity, but it's also where he found hardships and turmoil at levels unimaginable. While influenced by rappers such as J. Cole, Drake, and Cleveland's own Kid Cudi, NicX was also influenced by real world turbulence, with his father getting the two evicted every three months due to lack of funds.

The homelessness inspired extreme resourcefulness and resilience, as demonstrated by the release of his first three projects. His debut mixtape, NicXnation, was a showcase of his rapid-fire delivery and wordplay. His second project, the Don't Go Computer On Me EP, was a showcase of his knack of surrounding himself with the brightest artists in the game, such as 6LACK and Jazz Cartier . His most recent effort, last year's Tryna Get Home - EP , was his most mature effort to-date, with the 22-year old displaying a knack for self-reflection
